The Contract Awarded as Soon Thereafter as May Be Practicable for: Maintenance of Town of Hempstead Properties Under the Jurisdiction of Planning and Economic Development January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 Landscapers Will Be Required to Be on Call and Respond on a Case by Case to Clean One or as Many Properties That Will Need Maintenance at Time of Request. Properties Will Be Added as Acquired and Deleted When Sold by the Town of Hempstead You Will Be Required to Be on Call and Respond on a Case by Case to Clean One or as Many Properties That Will Need Maintenance at Time of Request. During the Winter Months, Landscapers Are Required to Maintain Properties as Directed by the Town; Sites Must Be Cleaned and Maintained Which Includes the Removal of Garbage and Other Debris (Including Discarded Appliances, Expired Animals, Etc. During the Spring, Summer and Fall Months Landscapers Are Required to Clean and Maintain Properties Bi-weekley or as Directed by the Town, Including but Not Limited to Cutting Grass, Trimming Shrubbery and Hedges and Removing All Debris. General Libility Insurance is Required. The Town of Hempstead Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Federal Equal Opportunity and Labor Standards Are Applicable for All Work Performed Under the Contract.
