Scope of Services The Orangecrest (W-311A) construction project includes the construction of 8,496 LF of PVC pipe the Lake Mathews (W-311B) construction project includes the construction of 7,379 LF of PVC pipe (see attached plans). In addition to project budget and schedule control, the Consultant will be expected to manage the construction activities, materials testing survey, community relations contracts, and provide field inspection for the construction contracts. Resident Engineering services will be required for submittals review, pay requests, change order management and control, quality control, and general Construction Management services to support the construction efforts. Construction Observation services will be required to assure quality control, sufficient documentation, and document control work, and provide direct interaction with the construction Contractor while keeping Western Municipal Water District's project manager informed. The Consultant will be expected to maintain the construction records and transmit them in an orderly timely fashion to Western Municipal Water District during and at the conclusion of the work. The duration of the Project is 170 (one hundred and seventy) calendar days. It is anticipated an additional 60 calendar days of administrative effort will be required to finalize the project.
