Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Pueblo, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
1. Remove Four (4) RTUs and Five (5) Exhaust Fans. Place units on existing roofsupports. 2. All roofmounted ductwork is existing to remain unless noted otherwise. 3. All existing exterior fittings are to be re-caulked / resealed. 4. Add New Ball Valves at existing Gas Lines. Replace Gas Lines to RTUs. 5. Replace Thermostats with standalone, 7-Day Timeclock. 6. Paint and Label all Gas Lines on the roof. 7. Replace all exterior Gas Line and Electrical Line Supports with DURABLOK-Style Rubber Supports. 8. Replace all existing Plumbing Vents above Roofwith New. 9. Replace all Electrical Conduit and Wiring between RTUs and the Main Distribution Panel. 10. Test and Balance all Grilles, Registers and Diffusers. Question Deadline 12/05/2024 Any questions concerning the bid package must be addressed in writing seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening date. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: RTU REPLACEMENT AT SOUTHSIDE CHILDREN'S CENTER /BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB, PUEBLO CO The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo will receive bids for the RTU REPLACEMENT at the Southside Children's Center/Boys and Girls Club, Pueblo CO. The Housing Authority encourages minority and resident owned businesses to participate.
