Scope:- The work includes replacement of existing H.W Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Expansion Tank, Boiler Feed Tank/Pumps, Boilers, Boiler Flue, HWS/R, and all related appurtenances with new Boilers, Hot Water Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Air Separator, Chemical Pot Feeder/Side Stream Filter, Coupon Corrosion Rack and Condensate Neutralizing Kit, Condensate Trap Assembly and associated appurtenances. Existing abandoned Steam Piping will be removed including ail appurtenances. The existing Air Intake Louver will remain and be restored to accommodate new work. Electrical work required to connect the new equipment, relocation/replacement of Fire Alarm devices and replacement of existing lighting are included. These systems will require integration of the existing control system into the existing B.M.S, work includes but is not Limited to the following: Materials, Equipment, Services necessary for a fully functional and integrated Control System for the site. All associated water and gas piping/ductwork required for the above-mentioned work and associated patching and repair work will be required. All work specified in this Contract shall be complete by August 18, 2025.
