Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of connecting the multi-use trail in front of the Raymond Rd Water Treatment Plant to the Upground Reservoir Path with an addition of a RRFB at the Raymond Rd crosswalk for enhanced pedestrian safety. The trail will include concrete steps to the existing trail around the reservoir. The trail improvement also includes MOT for Raymond Rd, pavement marking for the crosswalk, and grading. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available on bidexpress.com.
