Question Acceptance Deadline 12/13/2024 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the City of Howell in the amount of five percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance, Labor and Material, and Maintenance and Guarantee Bonds. *The City of Howell reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding.
