The work will be carried out at the Centre Lebourgneuf, located at 720 rue des Rocailles in Quebec City, and will involve replacing a chiller on the mezzanine floor of the central heating plant and its associated liquid chiller on the roof. The chiller dates from 2008 and operates with a type of refrigerant that no longer complies with standards.
