**As of February 10, 2026, the awarded contractor is Houston Smith Construction Inc., but the awarded amount is unavailable.** RSIC is requesting sealed bids to carry out the renovation of the windows and front door of the Tribal Historic Preservation Office, also known as the Field Matron's Cottage, located at 1995 E. Second Street, Reno, NV 89502. This structure is on the National Register of Historic Places and renovations must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Contractors must be licensed in the State of Nevada.
