Renovation of a municipal facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 9, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 30, 2025. RSIC is requesting sealed bids to carry out the renovation of the windows and front door of the Tribal Historic Preservation Office, also known as the Field Matron's Cottage, located at 1995 E. Second Street, Reno, NV 89502. This structure is on the National Register of Historic Places and renovations must comply with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. Contractors must be licensed in the State of Nevada.
