This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the notification of award. Each Bidder is individually responsible for the careful examination of the site of the proposed Work, the Proposal, Plans, General Provisions, Technical Specifications, Contract Forms and all requirements of the project. The failure or omission by any Bidder to do so shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its bid. The GERALD R.
