These projects have been designated under two priorities and individual projects may be consolidated based on proximity, design and MEP compatibility and to generate economies of scale. Attention is called to the fact that RESPONDENT/CMAR must comply with all Federal, State, and Local labor laws, including Chapter 2258 of Texas Government Code Title 10, which requires that the RESPONDENT/CMAR pay not less than the prevailing wage rates and rates for legal holidays and overtime, which have been ascertained by the awarding body. The Prevailing Wage Schedule adopted by the Owner is available in the Attachments section of the Owners electronic bidding system Name of bonding company, name and address of agent, and a letter of intent to issue Performance & Payment Bonds from the proposers bonding company listing availability of current bonding capacity and amount of work currently under bond. A bond for 100% of the construction cost will be required upon submission of the GMP. Proof of ability to bond 100% will be required prior to selection.
