Site work for a civil project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under this Contract is for the construction of a sediment control facility in Laughlin, Nevada. The Work will generally consist of flood control improvements consisting of excavation of a sediment basin, energy dissipation devices, concrete channel lining, storm drain facilities, and maintenance access; traffic control, dust control, and storm water pollution control; appurtenances and miscellaneous improvements as shown on the drawings; and other related items of work as specified and shown on the drawings. Question Deadline 2/27/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bid shall be addressed to the designated contact(s). Scott Basquiat-Jones, scott.jones@clarkcountynv.gov. BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Base Bid amount in the form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond, scanned into the Response Attachments tab. COUNTY reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity. ESTIMATED COST: $1,604,455 - $1,773,345. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
