Renovation of a laboratory facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot, three-story above grade laboratory facility.
Amendment 0002 extends the quote due date from January 22, 2025, to January 31, 2025, at 3:00 PM PST. This extension allows additional time for the agency to address vendor inquiries. GSA Region 10, on behalf of USDA, is seeking services for the installation of ADA-compliant automatic door openers on four (4) sets of doors at the Pacific Wildland Fire Sciences Laboratory in Seattle, WA. This project aims to enhance accessibility and ensure compliance with ADA standards. Vendors with relevant experience and qualifications are encouraged to respond. For more detailed information, please refer to the attachments included in this solicitation. Questions raised during the site visit shall be submitted in writing Contract Specialist, Cynthia Zhang at cynthia.zhang@gsa.gov no later than January 09, 2025, at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. All questions and official answers will be documented in writing via an amendment to the solicitation and will be published on SAM.gov
