Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The north parking lot project consists of new pavement, sidewalks, curb & gutter, lighting, and storm sewer to expand parking capacity at the Lincoln Park District Center. Successful bidders shall be required to observe the fair employment practices commission rules pertaining to equal employment opportunity and comply with the Illinois prevailing wage act, 820 il cs 130/1 et seq. and use wage determination as determined by the Illinois department of labor, conciliation, and mediation division. These wages will remain in effect until superseded by a new determination.
