Sealed Bids for the construction of the American Rescue Plan Act Water System Improvements Phase 3. The Project consists of constructing approximately 9,020 linear feet of 24-in and 12-in PVC transmission and distribution line, appurtenances and related items of work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
