Notice is hereby given that McHenry Community High School District 156, McHenry, IL, will receive sealed bids from interested trade contractors for 06A-1 General Trades, 23A-1 HVAC and 26A-1 Electrical for McHenry High School West Campus Student Services Office Renovations - Bid Release 1. SCOPE OF WORK The proposed project for the 2024-2025 winter to spring seasons includes but is not limited to minor demolition and interior renovations for the student services offices at McHenry High School West Campus. All Contractors wishing to bid on this project must have a Lamp Incorporated Qualification Statement on file, updated within the past twelve months of the bid opening date Contractors' qualification statements are due in Lamp Incorporated's office by 5:00 pm, Monday, December 2, 2024 A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the bid is to accompany the proposal. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond and Certificate of Insurance within ten (10) days of the award of the contract. Payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this project. McHenry Community High School District 156 reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any bid irregularities.
