The Rowland Unified School District ("District") is requesting submission of statements of qualifications and proposals ("Proposals") from qualified persons, firms, partnerships corporations, associations or professional organizations ("Vendor(s)") to provide High Speed Data Infrastructure for Wide Area Network Equipment, Services and associated equipment from qualified E-Rate vendors which fully described in Exhibit "A". Rowland Unified School District is soliciting qualified contractors to submit an installation and ongoing service bid for (including, but not limited to) equipment racks, digital equipment, data cabling, and associated termination equipment as required to provide this service. All equipment included in this request will be owned and maintained by the awarded service provider. Question Deadline 12/17/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Questions regarding this R.F.P. must be received in writing and directed to Rosana McLeod at rmcleod@rowlandschools.org. Answers will be posted on the District website and on USAC's E.P.C. website on or before December 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Phone calls to the District regarding this R.F.P. will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters, and to waive any requirements of this R.F.P. when it determines waiving a requirement is in the best interest of the District.
