Trash Removal Services (3 - YEARS) QTY 118 unit EA* *The unit of each (EA) is to be defined as one (1) trash waste receptacle and one (1) recycling receptacle per lot. Both receptacles shall be removed and disposed of from all residences on a weekly basis within the boundary of the district. All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by Olsson, and must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5 percent of the Bidders maximum Bid price made payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary Improvement District 302 as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build the improvements in accordance with this Notice to Contractor and will give a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, all as provided in the specifications. Bid bonds must be executed by a duly licensed corporate surety. Checks accompanying proposals not accepted shall be returned to the bidders. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after date set for opening of bids. The work herein provided shall be done under written contract with the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bld in accordance with the requirements of the plans and specifications and as provided by law. Sanitary Improvement District 302 of Sarpy County, Nebraska, reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
