The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion of the Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supplies, services, incidentals, and other resources required to complete the Work. Omissions from the Contract of details of Work that are necessary to carry out the intent of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor from performing the omitted Work 2025-CM-001, for a Salt Storage Facilities on Plainfield Pike (Route 14) in Foster, RI and US Route 6 Ramps to/from I-295 in Johnston, RI. The work anticipated in this contract will include, but not be limited to: pavement, excavation, reinforced concrete foundations and walls, framed membrane roof structure, lighting and electrical, fences and gates, mobilization, selective debris removal and other incidentals completed and accepted as necessary to complete the work of this contract to the satisfaction of the Department.
