This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Slemon Park Corporation (SPC) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for professional services to complete a Building Condition Assessment and engineering life cycle analysis of the 265 residential housing units ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom homes located in Slemon Park, PEI. SPC requires architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural assessments of the buildings to assist in the prioritization and scheduling of maintenance, and long-term capital planning. The primary deliverable is a comprehensive report detailing the condition of a representative sample of the buildings various structures, equipment, and basic infrastructure. The report should also include recommendations and a basic framework for Asset Management routines, procedures, and monitoring. No Respondent may claim any advantage from any error, inconsistency, or omission in this RFP. Electronic submissions will also be accepted on condition the hard copies are provided within 3 business days of the submission date and that the electronic and paper versions are identical.
