Professional Service (PN) (required for design professionals under HRS Chapter 464) Architecture and Engineering (i.e. civil/mechanical engineering, landscape architecture etc.) These services are anticipated to be immediately required and will have a contract duration time of approximately one thousand ninety-five (1095) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The contract will be a Time & Materials contract in accordance with HAR 3-122-140, with an overall contract time of performance of 5 years. The project scope shall include design services for various security related projects, contract administration for conducting various audits and evaluation of various security contracts. In addition, it is expected that the contractor will maintain and update various airport security manuals, provide oversight, implementation and coordination of TSA mandates and other security related ordinances. Finally, the contractor shall be tasked with planning, implementing, and coordinating various security related training activities for airport personnel and related stakeholders, and perform other related activities. The estimated contract cost shall not exceed $10,000,000.00.
