The Bridgeton High School requires heat exchanger replacement for boilers 2 & 4 along with boiler service/maintenance. Scope of work Furnish labor and materials to replace two cracked heat exchangers (boilers 2 & 4) Valve and drain broilers as required for specified work Removal of boiler jacketing, blower assemblies, piping, control panels, and associated wiring as required. Installation of new heat exchangers. Furnish all boiler service maintenance kits (seals, spark ignitors, flame sensors, inducer draft motor gaskets, etc.) to perform boiler factory authorized maintenance. Clean boiler components as required. Assemble all components and test boiler sequence of operation. Perform and provide documentation of combustion analysis. Removal of debris. Follow all applicable codes, lock out/tag out procedures as required. Report any discrepancies to the Bridgeton Board of Education. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check Made Payable to the Bridgeton Board of Education, for Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Total Bid, However, Not to Exceed $20,000.00. Bidders Are Required by Law to Submit a Statement of Ownership Disclosure Form Statement Setting Forth the Names and Addresses of All Persons and Entities That Own Ten (10%) Percent or More of Its Stock or Interest of Any Type at All Levels of Ownership.
