This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Construction of six portables at Ecole Secondaire catholique Plantagenet Question Deadline 12/02/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Quotations must be submitted electronically through the bidding system This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique de l'Est Ontarien 875 County Rd 17, l'Orignal, On, K0B 1K0 Hereinafter, the above-named school board is referred to as "Board" unless otherwise specified. This competitive procurement process ("Process") is an invitation to obtain Quotations for the Construction of six portables at Ecole Secondaire catholique Plantagenet, located at 6150, Chemin de Comte 17, Plantagenet (ON) K0B 1L0. The standard form of contract will be a Stipulated Price contract in the form of a CCDC 2-2020 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract") will be applicable. It is anticipated that the Site Preparation may commence on or about December 20, 2024, provided that the work does not interfere with normal school operations and the Contractor's work plan is approved in advance by the Owner. Substantially Complete Site Preparation work no later than April 30th, 2025. The Board requires the substantial completion of the project, be complete no later than April 30th, 2025. This includes fully functioning electrical services, fire alarm, data and public address systems. PREQUALIFIED BIDDERS The Board has prequalified General Contractors from RFSQ #24-77. The prequalified Respondents will be invited from Category 1 - ($100,000 to $999,999).
