Removal of approximately 8” of building base, and replacement with corrosion resistant materials. c. Alternate Bid: Prepare and recoat the +/- 1,500 S.F. roof of the Transportation Office Structure. This roof has been previously coats and is to be prepared as specified. d. Existing signage, doors, windows, and building mounted electrical, lighting, mechanical systems and accessories are to remain. There items are to be removed where possible in order to complete the coating application. B. Warehouse Building (DIS-03) 1. Demolition Scope: a. Remove 8 existing OH doors b. Remove infill at the abandoned south wall opening c. Remove existing CMU d. Remove existing siding e. Remove existing planter 2. Proposed Work Scope: a. Preparation of existing metal roofing only, application of new coating systems. b. Existing signage, doors, windows, and building mounted electrical, lighting, mechanical systems and accessories are to remain. There items are to be removed where possible in order to complete the coating application.
