All work is to be performed during normal working hours. Normal working hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. No work may be performed at any other times, without written authorization from the Owner. During construction, collaboration with the Owner or Owners Representative is essential for phasing the construction work. This will be conducted space by space or wing by wing within the building, contingent upon the facility's operating schedule. Depending on the operational schedule of the facility, the Contractor may be required to supply a workforce for multiple shifts, which could include two or three shifts, when necessary, with no change in the cost of the lump sum contract.
