The Project consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 11,000 linear feet of combined sewers ranging in diameter from 8 inch to 24 inch in the Cities of Union City, Weehawken, and West New York. The scope of the work will include but not limited to the use of trenchless technology such as cured in place lining to rehabilitate existing sewer mains of various sizes. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Office of the North Hudson Sewerage Authority, 1600 Adams St., Hoboken, NJ 07030, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents as described below. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. If the Contract is awarded, no refunds will be given. If for any reason the Contract is not awarded, refunds will be made to bidders pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24(b) when the Contract Documents are returned in reasonable condition within 90 days of notice that the Contract has not been awarded.
