Reference number: 20030912 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-12-04 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 12 The Régie intermunicipale d'assainissement des eaux usées de Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville et Saint-Basile-le-Grand (hereinafter "the Régie") wishes to obtain the services of a company to drain and dehydrate the sludge from lagoon numbers 1a, 2a, 2b, 4a and 4b of the municipal wastewater treatment plant located at 333 chemin du Richelieu in Saint-Basile-le-Grand. The work includes pumping and dewatering approximately five hundred (500) dry metric tonnes (dmt) of sludge. Dewatering is to be carried out by the passive method using geotextile bags (filter bags). The work of pumping and screening the sludge and pumping it into the filter bags must start in either in mid-May or mid-September and must be completed before October 31, 2025. The bidder must indicate the work schedule on the bid form. They must indicate that it is able to carry out the work according to the mid-May and/or mid-September 2025 schedule. He may propose an option with a different schedule. The Régie is not obliged to accept the proposed option and the work schedule is subject to adjustment. The successful bidder must inform and agree with the prime contractor, in writing or by e-mail before April 15 2025, of the period for carrying out the work required under this contract.
