Scope shall include: Security system needs overhaul (S2 for Cameras, Intrusion Alarm, Duress Alarm and Card Access); rekey building/maintain key controls; Roof Replacement - new roofing to be 80 mil fleece backed TPO for all roofing areas other than standing seam metal roofing; HVAC Modifications: rebuild/replace chiller #2, replace ten (10) pumps; replace two (2) boilers, replace cooling towers, replace six (6) AHU, replace eighty- five (85) fan powered terminal units, replace eleven (11) fan coil units, replace four (4) blower coil units, replace fifteen (15) fans, replace seven (7) water fed unit heaters, and replace one (1) electric unit heater. Include clean/seal of all ductwork and new T&B of entire facility; New HVAC Controls - Tridium N4 based - chiller plant, boiler plant, exhaust/other fans, AHUs, fan coil units, blower coil units, fan power terminal units, Mini-splits, electric and/or water fed unit heaters; Fire Alarm - Full fire alarm replacement including all notification and indication devices (notification to be addressable) with voice speaker/intercom capabilities through "horns"; Replace all non-LED lighting with LED lighting, including Exit Signs, Egress Lighting and room/space lighting, accent lighting, etc.; Entrances/exits - replace doors As of March 7, 2025, this project is included in the county's 2025-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). However, it is currently on hold in the conceptual phase. Information regarding a design firm and a timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
