Remodeling of a municipal facility in Cleburne, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Project consists of renovation & exterior improvements to two existing PEMBs, interior addition of vehicle evidence room. Remove existing porches & ramps @ West side and add covered porch, aluminum storefront, HC ramps, railings, retaining walls, landscape, & other associated work. Exterior improvements to South side include removal of existing ramps, porches, 2 garage doors, loading docks, for the addition of H/C ramp, railings, vehicle ramp @ vehicle evidence room, covered porch, garage door, & other associated work. Site to be partially regraded and landscape provided. Juvenile Service suite work to include adding 2 classrooms, corridor @ east side storage area. Other improvements include upgrade of 4 existing restrooms. Existing suite to include wall paint, floor finishes, & other associated work. B. Type of Contract: 1.
