Installation of Approximately 125'-0'' of New Pvc Sanitary Sewer Piping Within the Building to Its Tie in at the Main Sanitary Drain Near the Sidewalk Outside of the Building. 3. Repair/replacement of Flooring, Concrete Slab (Including Any Slab Vapor Barrier) and Sidewalk, Interior and/or Exterior Walls and Asphalt as Required. All Interior and Exterior Wall Work Must Be Replaced in Kind to Match the Existing Finishes.
