Furnishing All Labor, Materials and Equipment and Performing All Work Necessary for: Plumbing Line Repairs at the Montgomery Counseling Center. Major Items of Work Include 1. Partial Demolition of Existing Flooring, Concrete Slab and Sidewalk, Interior and/or Exterior Walls and Asphalt as Necessary to Remove Existing Cast Iron Sanitary Sewer Line Within the Building to Its Tie in at the Main Sanitary Drain Near the Sidewalk Outside of the Building. 2. Installation of Approximately 125'-0'' of New Pvc Sanitary Sewer Piping Within the Building to Its Tie in at the Main Sanitary Drain Near the Sidewalk Outside of the Building. 3. Repair/replacement of Flooring, Concrete Slab (Including Any Slab Vapor Barrier) and Sidewalk, Interior and/or Exterior Walls and Asphalt as Required. All Interior and Exterior Wall Work Must Be Replaced in Kind to Match the Existing Finishes. Bids May Be Held by the Family Sunshine Center for a Period Not to Exceed Thirty (30) Days From the Date of the Bid Opening for the Purpose of Evaluating Bids Prior to Award of Contract.
