Mexico-Fairground Rd Culvert Replacement There will not be a pre-bid meeting. All bids shall reflect payment of not less than State of Missouri prevailing wage to be paid to all workers performing work under this contract in accordance with all requirements of Sections 290.010 through 290.580 RSMo. All contractors or subcontractors doing work on the Project must require its on-site employees to complete the ten-hour construction safety training program required under Section 292.675, RSMo, unless they have previously completed the program and have documentation of having done so. The PROJECT has been financed through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Financial Assistance Center (FAC) by use of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. The City of Mexico reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders are required to submit an anticipated construction schedule with bid. The awarded contractor shall be required to submit a Gantt Chart to the City at the preconstruction meeting.
