Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ellettsville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project includes all equipment, labor and materials to complete a new park shelter with site work and renovations to existing concession stand/restroom buildings. Work will include site/civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and related work as shown on the Contract Documents prepared by Springpoint Architects. TIME OF COMPLETION: Anticipated start-up for construction is January 27, 2025. The renovations portion of the project is to be substantially complete by March 28, 2025. The substantial completion of the park shelter construction and site improvements is May 14, 2025. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check payable to the Richland Township Trustee. Other bidding requirements will be listed in the Project Specifications. BONDS: A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The successful Bidder is required to furnish an Assurance of Completion equal to 100% of the Contract Sum as Stated in the Project Documents The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding Contracts.
