The work consists of the installation or replacement of water service lines from the Authority's waterlines to the customer's property line and other related work. Contract term: February 1,2025 Through January 31,2027 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 10% All bids being mailed (including FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail, etc.) or delivered shall be directed to the "SERVICE CENTER FRONT DESK" at the address listed above in a sealed envelope and be clearly marked on the outside of the mailing or hand-delivered envelope "BID ENCLOSEDSMALL SERVICES CONTRACT, AREA #2 When permitted, members of the public may be present to observe the bid opening. All attendees must bring a government-issued photo identification (driver's license preferred) and check-in with the ECWA receptionist before being allowed entry to the bid opening. Whenever the Erie County Water Authority is operating under a Declaration of Emergency due to a pandemic or other general state of emergencies, members of the public may be precluded from being present at such bid opening. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
