The project involves renovation of the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney Office, 301 Virginia Street East, Charleston, WV 25301. Approximately 1,430 sf of renovations are included in the bid documents. A certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid, or a satisfactory Bid Bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of West Virginia in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid must be submitted with each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a Performance Bond, a Labor and Material Payment Bond for 100% of the contract award. All Prime Contractors and Subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WV Contractor's Licensing Act). All General Contractors shall provide a copy of their WV Contractor's license and include their license number in the space provided on the Bid Form.
