All materials not being reinstated are to be removed from site and disposed of at an approved disposal area. 2 Contractor is responsible to move and re-install with the coordination of all utility companies, electrical, cable and telephone connections. Contractor is responsible for all items damaged during constructions. Electrical 1 Install complete 200amp breaker electrical service c/w meter base, mast & panel. All work must be carried out in a manner which minimizes disruption(s) to tenants. Tenants must be advised at least 24 hours in advance of any disruption in service and all electrical must be fully operational at the end of each work day. 2 Install new interconnected smoke/carbon monoxide alarms; Main floor and basement already has AC detectors, bedrooms (x3) will require installation and interconnection. .3 Carry out all other required changes to bring existing electrical system up to current code requirements upon completion of new service and panel installation.
