Renovation of an educational facility in McAllen, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,500-square-foot educational facility.
Safety/Security Film Application Phase III Question Deadline 12/02/2024 at 11:00 AM CT GENERAL CONDITIONS - CONTRACTOR SHALL 3.1 Provide Bid Bond in accordance with General Terms and Conditions Section 6, the amount of the Bid Bond shall be based on estimate of 13,500 square feet x base bid cost per square foot plus the contingency. Failure to submit a Bid Bond based on base bid (Line Item #1) with your submittal will cause disqualification. 3.2 Awarded Contractor shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds in accordance with General Terms and Conditions Section 7; 3.3 Provide Certificate of Insurance in accordance with General Terms and conditions section 8; 3.4 Provide labor, material and equipment required to install and apply forced entry resistant film on all campuses. (Refer to Attachments tab - Exhibit C - McAllen Independent School District List of Campuses); 3.5 Provide price per square foot on bid line items; 3.6 Install forced entry resistant film by certified installers in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; 3.7 Remove existing film or window wrap, if needed; 3.8 Work hours between 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and/or available upon request. 3.9 Be responsible for removal of all debris and clean-up of District areas.
