Separate Sealed Bids for the Construction of a complete supervisory control and date acquisition (SCADA) system Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier's check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.
