Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Clark House Rehabilitation and Addition - Contract A - Site This project is bidding five prime contracts. The project generally consists of interior renovations, approximately 1,600 s.f., and a building addition, approximately 5,800 s.f. of an existing two story wood framed building. Overall, the project will have five (5) prime contracts. Site, General Construction, architectural and structural construction. electrical, plumbing and mechanical (HVAC) construction are also included in the scope of work. All inquiries shall be directed, in writing to Joseph See, RA via email at joe.see@collierseng.com no later than 2 PM on Friday, December 6, 2024. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The town of Penfield reserves the right to consider bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The town of Penfield further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
