Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is soliciting Proposals from qualified general contractors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services including both preconstruction services and construction services work for Type 1 TPSS Replacement Project All questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be directed to Kim Neal via email at nealk@trimet.org. Proposers may submit questions, request clarification, or request a change to the RFP by submitting a written request to Kim Neal at nealk@trimet.org. The request shall specify the provision of the RFP in question, and, if a change is requested, contain an explanation for the requested change. Requests must be submitted no later than December 9, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time).
