Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lacrosse, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of work includes the following: Construction of a connector vestibule and ramp building between two existing buildings of the LaCrosse School- the Gymnasium and the Main Building located at 111 Hill Avenue, LaCrosse, WA 99143 The scope of work includes the following: Construct new Vestibule Connector Building between the Gymnasium Building and the Main Building. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this scope of work. All workers shall receive an hourly wage meeting prevailing wage requirements The contractor will be required to maintain Contactors Liability Insurance to include Workman's Compensation (statutory), Employers Liability ($1,000,000) and comprehensive General Liability ($1,000,000 combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage). Include a certificate of insurance upon bid award. All Contractors must have a Public Works Contractors license as suitable for work to be accomplished on this contract. A bid bond (in the amount of 5%) and performance and payment bonds are required for this project
