Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of the work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the construction of the FDOT approved intersection improvement and signalization at SR 207/ Brinkh off Rd./ Twin Lakes Dr. in St. Johns County, FL. Work includes, but not limited to, reconstruction of roadway, installation of new curb ramps, sidewalks, and pedestrian features as shown in the project construction specifications and plans Question Deadline 12/11/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due. The Countys Designated Point of Contact for this IFB is Alexis Colbert, Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department.
