Interested Parties May Pick Up a Bid Package From the Acha Located at 703 Ne 1st Street Gainesville, Fl 32601 Removal and replacement of compromised sheetrock as necessary. Site exploration will be conducted with the Director of Operations and/or Director ofMaintenance. o Replacement of baseboards and/or trim as needed o Re-ducting the HVAC units for proper air flow throughout the unit including creating an enclosed plenum of ducted systems o Repairing the bathroom ceiling at the exhaust vent where the installed unit does not fill the previous hole leaving gaps and ineffective humidity controls. o Replacing/repairing the bathroom vent duct so that it is secure and properly exits the roof o Treatment ofwalls, ceilings, ductwork, etc. for mold related substances o Providing blown in insulation in the attic to meet current R-38 standards o Installing new insulation in wall cavities for areas where the wallboard has been replaced o Removal ofsheetrock that was added to the underside ofthe roofstructure during original construction.
