CCTV Sanitary Manhole Inspection Program The purpose of this RFT and associated program is for the Region of Niagara to select and retain a professional contractor to perform all duties associated with the Region's CCTV Sanitary Manhole Inspection Program, including Program Management and associated Inspection Activities. The Region currently owns and operates approximately 1,800 sanitary manholes across the Niagara Region. The upcoming inspections will include a thorough condition assessment to evaluate the structural and operational integrity of the manholes and identify any maintenance or rehabilitation needs while following NASSCO MACP standards.
