Site work and paving for a civil project in Angleton, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Award: JBDee Construction for $68,692.30 The work generally consists of approximately 0.21 acres of striping and clearing, 100 linear feet of regrading Ditch A, installation of approximately 1,015 square yards 5" thick concrete slope pavement, removal and replacement of 125 linear feet of barbed wire fence, traffic control at work site; and other items of work as detailed in the plans. Qualifications of Bidders, insurer, and sureties are set forth in the Bidding Documents. A Bid Security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid will be required, as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 All questions about the meaning of intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER in writing, interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be used by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding
