Description

Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

This is a design-bid-build construction contract to reconstruct the Reisterstown Plaza East Interlocking and adjacent sections of the mainline tracks near the Reisterstown Plaza Station on the Baltimore Metro System. The work for the construction area is located in the City of Baltimore. The period of performance for the completion of all contract work is 395 calendar days after notice to proceed (NTP). The track work in Phase I and Phase II of the project, each have a period of performance of 51 calendar days and 7 calendar days for MTA testing and acceptance.
