Remodeling of an educational facility in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 55,641-square-foot educational facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Remodel the existing administration office and itinerate offices. Create a secured controlled main entrance that directs visitors into the office. Remodeling the ceiling of the hallway between the main office and itinerate offices. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. A. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and devices for the entire mechanical work and a complete operating and tested installation as required for this project. B. This Division will schedule the boiler inspection and pay for all costs associated with certifying the boiler with the state. Questions must be submitted by Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2:00 PM. All questions must be submitted via the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Construction: Security Remodel at Valley Crest Elementary.
