Renovation of a water / sewer project in Dalton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Supply and install a new 30KW 120/208V, Three Phase Generator Natural Gas Generator. Supply and install a new 100A automatic transfer switch. Rework and repair all associated power wiring associated with the generator. Factory-assisted startup and load bank testing must be included. All required electrical parts must be included. Plumbing will be supplied by the town. Questions concerning this invitation for bids must be submitted in writing (including e-mail) to: Town Manager/CPO, 462 Main St., Dalton, MA 01226 (thutcheson@dalton-ma.gov) before 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. Questions must be written and may be hand-delivered, mailed, or e-mailed. The Town may cancel this IFB, or reject in whole or in part any and all bids, if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town. There is a payment bond required for 50% of the value of the total quote. Estimated Cost $35,000 If, at the time of the deadline, Town Hall is closed due to uncontrolled events such as fire, snow, ice, wind, or building evacuation, the deadline will be postponed until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5.
