The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Carpentry, Sheet Metal, Heating and Installation, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpeting, Drywall Taper, Glazier, Laborer, Painting, Sprinkler System Changes and Terrazzo Modification. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Renovate existing offices in phases to add additional offices and additional workspaces to be provided by owner's furniture vendor. 2.) Replace plastic laminate casework in the breakroom. The Contractors shall work collaborative with owner's furniture vendor for coordination with and installation of furniture. This solicitation includes insurance requirements. Potential responders are highly encouraged to review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the solicitation before submitting a response. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a subcontractor, the work for at least five (5) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since December 10th, 2019, for construction of General Contracting that involved Project Scope of working in secure type of occupied setting that needs to maintain operations 24/7. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $398,267 or greater.
