Renovation of a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 101,584-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The work will include, but not be limited to upgrading electrical service including distribution and branch circuiting. The cost range is $3,000,000 to $3,600,000. Seattle Public Schools requires that all contractors, vendors, sup- pliers or providers of services comply with all applicable laws and regulations prohibiting dis- crimination in employment, public accommodation, and educational programs. A surety company bid bond on a form acceptable to Owner, a cashier's check or a certified check payable to the order of Seattle Public Schools shall accompany each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid.
