BARRY COUNTY COMMISSION ON AGING ADDITION (INCLUDING THORNAPPLE MANOR OUTPATIENT SERVICES) Site Location: 2625 EAST M-79 HASTINGS, MI 49058 BID SECURITY: Bid bond is NOT required. CONTRACT SECURITY: A Performance and Payment Bond is NOT required. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The base bid shall be a lump sum amount, for the work as set forth in the bid documents. Please see the bid form for bid breakout as required. Project will be split into (2) separate contracts. (1) for Thornapple Manor and (1) for Barry County Commission on Aging. Only one trade contractor will be chosen for each bid package. Specific Bid Packages will NOT be split between (2) separate contractors BID WITHDRAWAL: No bids may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) consecutive calendar days following the bid opening. RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept bids, alternates, or proposals that, in its judgment, serve its best interests.
